Return and Exchange

Product return requests are made on the basis of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, and refunds and exchanges are made within the following criteria.

By law, in online sales (sales with distance contracts), consumers have the right to reject the product and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

In case of a return, cargo must be sent to the return address of our online retail channel.

For all returns you make within 14 days, the shipping fee incurred by sending the products to our company belongs to our company, provided that the return is made through MNG Cargo. The shipping fee for returns from other cargo companies belongs to the customer.
